Buyer Terms
Terms specific to purchasing Gigs on GigBlend.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These Buyer Terms supplement the Marketplace Terms of Use when you purchase a Gig.
1. What you buy You purchase a fixed-scope package as described on the Gig page at the time of order (title, scope, package features, delivery time, revision count, fulfilment mode and stated limitations). Marketing examples are illustrative unless labelled as your deliverable.
2. Pre-contract information Before payment you will see: package price, buyer service fee, applicable taxes if calculated, fulfilment disclosure (human / AI / hybrid), and key limitations. Please read them carefully.
3. Your responsibilities - Provide accurate requirements and files - Do not request prohibited work - Review deliveries within the review window - Verify AI or human outputs before commercial, legal or regulatory use - Keep Platform communications for order history
4. Consumer rights (UK) If you are a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related law. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Because many Gigs begin promptly after payment and are personalised from your inputs, the 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts may not apply once performance has begun with your agreement—see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for detail. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
5. Business buyers If you buy as a business, you confirm you have authority to bind your organisation. Business buyers acknowledge deliverables are provided under the package description and disclaimers, including AI limitations.
6. Payment Payment is due at checkout via Stripe (or other processors we enable). Card data is handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Failed payments may cancel the order.
7. Delivery and risk Digital files are delivered via the Platform order area. Risk of loss after successful download or reasonable access window sits with you, subject to mandatory law. Keep copies of accepted deliverables.
8. Reviews You may leave a review only after a completed paid order under the review rules. Reviews must be honest and not incentivised without disclosure.
