This Cookie Notice explains how Nikah AI Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on GigBlend, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.

1. What are cookies? Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs.

2. How we use them ### Strictly necessary (no consent required) - Session and authentication - Security and fraud prevention - Load balancing / network management - Remembering cookie preferences - Checkout integrity

Preferences (consent if non-essential) - UI preferences such as theme or locale if not strictly necessary

Analytics (consent required before setting) - Product analytics (e.g. PostHog) if enabled—to understand feature usage and improve the Platform

Marketing (consent required) - Not enabled by default. If introduced, they will appear in the preference centre.

3. Consent For non-essential cookies we seek prior opt-in consent via our cookie banner and preference centre. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie preferences. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

4. Managing cookies Use our on-site preference centre and your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in or checkout.

5. Retention The sign-in cookie is a persistent cookie, not a session cookie: it survives closing your browser so you are not signed out every time. It expires 30 days after your last visit, and in any case 90 days after you signed in, after which you sign in again. Signing out deletes it immediately, and so does "sign out everywhere" on your account page.

The cookie storing your cookie choice is strictly necessary and lasts 12 months. Any other persistent cookie lasts for the period stated in the preference centre.
